Bonjour, apr?s mon exp?rience avec Happy Phone je me sense oblig?e de laisser un commentaire pour que vous soyez au moins au courant de ce qu?ils ont fait avec mon iPhone. Je leur ai donn? mon t?l?phone avec le probl?me de connecteur de charge ? cause d?une chute. Tout marchait tr?s bien jusqu?? ce qu?il tombe alors que mes ?couteurs ?taient branch?s. Je le ram?ne au r?parateur le 10 septembre et figurez vous, je n?ai pas pu le r?cup?rer avant hier (19 septembre). D?abord on m?a dit qu?il fallait qu?ils fassent un devis, j?ai dit ok. On m?a inform?e qu?apparemment mon iPhone se chargeait finalement mais seulement d?un seul c?t? et quand j?ai branch? mes ?couteurs, ?a ne marchait pas. Du coup j?ai d?cid? de faire la r?paration. Depuis le 11 septembre j?aurais pas eu d?informations sauf si je les appelais pour les avoir, puis apr?s chaque de mes appels (s?ils ?taient assez gentils pour me r?pondre car plusieurs de mes appels ?taient ignor?s). On m?a dit qu?apr?s le changement de pi?ce ?a marchait plus du tout et qu?ils allaient la changer ? nouveau. Pratiquement chaque jour, c??tait un nouveau d?lais.. la r?paration qui prend normalement une journ?e, chez happy phone a pris presque 10... Je suis all?e r?cup?rer mon iPhone 2 fois. Le mercredi 18, j?arrive et on me dit que le t?l?phone est pr?s depuis hier (personne m?a tenue au courant) mais malheureusement ils ?taient toujours chez le r?parateur... bizarre ou juste absolument pas professionnel?

J?ai ?videmment refus? et le vendeur a accept? mais ?a se voyait d?j? qu?il ?tait pas content. Puis apr?s avoir pay? les 50? pour la r?paration de connecteur de charge, que je n?aurais vraiment pas du payer j??tais sortie du magasin pensant que je vais plus jamais devoir penser ? ces gens l?. Sauf qu?au moment d?appeler quelqu?un (malheureusement je ne l?ai pas fait directement en sortant du magasin) je me suis rendue compte qu?? moins que je mette mes ?couteurs pour les appels, on ne m?entend pas quand je parle... donc tout ?a pour dire, apr?s 10 jours, 50? en moins sur mon compte j?ai ?chang? un probl?me de mon t?l?phone ? un autre... donc ce soit disant professionnalisme n?a pas exist? dans mon cas. Je regrette de les avoir choisi. Faites attention si vous voulez r?parer votre t?l?phone chez eux...
